How our committees work

The QI Collaborative has several committees to support its governance. Committee members actively help to lead the direction of the Collaborative and our success. Each clinic participates with its PI represented on the QI Leadership Committee and a designated staff person on the QI Champions Committee.

All clinics are encouraged to invite patient representatives to participate on the Patient Parent Advisory Committee.
