Type 1 Diabetes Mapping Updates
- 50 centers in production

Type 2 Diabetes Mapping Update

T1DX-QI Scorecards
- Annual data scorecards were completed for each data-mapped center
- Scorecards assess data availability and completeness for key variables outlined in the T1D Data Specification
- Data Timeframe: July 2024 – July 2025
- Calculated data availability for each variable and compared collaborative-wide averages (tables found in slides)
- 10 adult centers and 23 pediatric centers
- These will be sent out by the end of year
Pump/AID Metric Definition Discussion
- This has come up in multiple projects- can we consider/assume that a patient who is on a pump + CGM = AID system
- On average- AID trends look lower than expected and don’t always match center expectations
- This committee can create a definition/inclusion criteria with dates for this to be true if decided to move forward
- In the coming months:
- Come to a consensus on how to move forward with pump & AID variables and definitions
- Potentially make a change to definitions in the data specification
Secondary Review of Diabetes Technology Maturity Model
- Review of the current iteration of the diabetes technology maturity model
- Goal: test usability of this model through self-evaluation
