• Review of changes made to data specification version6 (implemented in September 2022)
• Data mapping pipeline
• Discuss potential modifications to data specification for version 2.7

• Review of previous changes made
• Data mapping pipeline
  • Ongoing updates: Sites will implement newly approved changes by Jan 2022
• Suggested modifications for data specs (version 2.7)
  • Endo encounters/visits (binary indicator)- approved
  • Expand encounter class to include medication and lab visits – approved
  • Expand questions on tobacco use to current list- no revision recommended
  • Expand questions on SDOH- revisit this in January
    • Adding in transportation and housing
    • Consider instruments/tools used to ask these questions from all sites
  • Add column to indicate data required as priority for mapping- approved
  • Add two new columns to capture prescription name class- approved
