Poster and Oral Presentation Guidelines
Poster Guidelines
Please share your poster with us by Friday October 10, 2025.
For a T1D Exchange Learning Session poster template, please click here.
T1DX-QI will print, transport, and hang your poster. You will be able to take your [fabric] poster home with you at the end of the session. If your poster is not submitted by this deadline, you will be responsible for printing and bringing the poster yourself. Please use your institution’s branding material when you create your poster, though you may opt to use the T1DX template, if preferred. Please use this link to view a poster presentation example from the 2024 T1DX-QI Learning Session.
We ask that you, or a presenter on your behalf, plan to be at your poster for the duration of this session to answer any questions from attendees.
Please ensure you are using high-quality images (JPG, TIFF, or PNG) when creating your poster to ensure clear printing. Set the poster size to 30” x 40” for standard printing, and if you are using a PowerPoint template, be sure to adjust the slide dimensions accordingly. Once your poster is finalized, please email a PDF version to qi@t1dexchange.org.
Oral Presentation Guidelines
- Please share your slides to QI@t1dexchange.org by Friday, October 17 by close of business.
- You will have 9 minutes to present your slides and 4 minutes for Q&A following your presentation.
- Please limit your presentation to 8-10 slides, including the title slide. Please share your presentation on your institution’s branded materials.
As a reminder, we will not be able to facilitate virtual presentation. We ask that the first author, or a designate from your team attend and present in person.
