  • Margie started the meeting with an engaging ice breaker
  • Jacob presented his slides
  • Paticipants on the call asked questions about the workflow and data collected
  • Ori shared the site ranking slide with top three sites and encouraged sites to continue to use QI tools and to formally document QI project from the start of the project
  • Margie suggested creating a scorecard and others think it’s a great idea. We will work to create the scorecard
  • Reach out to QI mentors with questions or concerns
