Ori welcomed the group.

Risa Wolf, MD, Johns Hopkins University, reviewed site level data.

Dr. Wolf also walked the group through Epic’s reporting tool: Slicer Dicer to report total number of firings, and filter those down to unique patients. Numerator “None of the Above” is not reporting accurately by double counting, with a fix being provided below:

  1. Find the total unique patients (no slices)
  2. Subtract the sum of all categories other than “none of the above”
  3. Result is the numerator for “None of the above”

Discussion occurred about this double counting and how to avoid getting blank firings.

Saketh Rompicherla provided an update on data reporting from two centers. He met with Nationwide’s Dr. Indyk earlier in the week and will be receiving data from his center to incorporate into next month’s meeting along with Grady.

Emma Ospelt provided an update on the Mixed Methods Qualitative BPA Development manuscript which has been resubmitted to JDST.

Dr. Wolf wrapped up the meeting by reviewing abstract and conference suggestions from the group.

Discussion occurred about what happens after July when the project ends.
