| Ori kicked off the meeting with an ice breaker where we shared a word to summarize our outlook for 2026. | |
| Questions and discussions | The following Centers shared updated slides:
Stanford Adult – Arati shared enhancements to Epic to better capture necessary data, met their goals from the last PDSA cycle and shared future goals. UC Davis Peds – Rachel reviewed their SMART aims and 3 PDSA cycles. Improvements to AID uptake were shared. Upcoming PDSA cycles were also shared. Discussion occurred about self-assessments and their effectiveness. Perhaps a study could be done within the Collaborative. UC Davis Adult – Berit presented updated slides including enhancements to Epic and reviewed the data table which was recently submitted. Discussion occurred about the way IT departments interface with EHRs. We will be submitting a late breaking abstract and will share with the group to review before the end of the month. |
