- Introductions were made.
- An IMPROVAID Pick tool was reviewed.
- The group collaborated as a team to categorize the change ideas based on their potential benefits and the level of effort required.
- Please review the Pick Tool and KDD that have been uploaded to the website.
- The IMRPVOAID Pediatric Monthly Smartsheet measures were reviewed, and scorecards will be shared at the next meeting.
- Clarification was provided about what data needs to be entered. According to Ori, the numbers that we can report will be reported, the ones that cannot be reported, will need to be entered manually.
- In preparation for the next meeting, we will start planning PDSAs and testing change ideas. Tim will share the agenda ahead of time, along with the Pick Tool and KDD with the expectation that attendees will come with ideas that we can start testing.
