Nationwide

• ISPAD: Implementing Diabetes Distress Screening in T1D
• Epic integration
• Increasing days screening
• Scores reviews, discussions w
• 3^rd psychologist hired
• Moved from PAID to PAID-T (more inclusive)
• 77 people screened mean score: low distress

Johns Hopkins

• Questions: anyone screening adults, T2D,

BMC

• Having one-hour visits for reviewing everything, including distress conversation shas been helpful- positive feedback from patients
• Next goal: embedding Spanish version in Epic

OHSU

• Using software [Bobj, using SAP Business Objects] and can filter based on scores and categories
• 870 patients screened
• Next step is to integrate the screening into spreadsheet

NYU

• Team working together PAID-T 14 and parent will be selected and being added to MyChart for annual screenings
• Want to have a plan to how to approach positive scores
• Getting feedback from families.
• Scoring:

• PAID-T (full version) Annually (not during GAD or PHQ surveys)
• Importance of screening all- learning what distress is happening for different people
