HCL Skill Check List

I’d like to develop a checklist of skills and competencies for success on HCL that can be used to be sure we’ve provided patients and families with all appropriate education prior to pump start. Does anyone use something like this to ensure all skills for success are taught, reinforced or reviewed prior to pump start?
