Insulin Pump Troubleshooting

Hi All, Does anyone have a patient handout or education material that goes over insulin pump troubleshooting when patients start new pumps? I found some information through ADCES, but curious what you all see at your sites that you would find helpful to have on an insulin pump troubleshooting handout. Thanks!
