Updates:

• The main purpose of the survey is to understand experience of practice/providers using HCLs across the collaborative.
• Trevon shared the results from the practice/provider survey.
• The survey received a total of 39 responses.
• The group suggested that we only have Peds and Adult as an option for type of center question.
• The group suggested only allowing respondents of survey to select one option for role in clinic question.

Next Steps:

• Trevon will re-share the survey with the group via email.
• Discuss current AIM Statement and other deliverables at next meeting.
• The next meeting is April 25, 2024, 3:30-4:30pm.
