Updates:

• The main purpose of the survey is to understand experience of practice/providers using HCLs across the collaborative.
• The group discussed dividing the barriers into different themes.
• Discussed challenges for HCLs data reporting and documentation.
• The group wants to focus on public vs private insurance for patients.
• The group reviewed and discussed provider survey.
• The group wants to focus on both patient level and clinician level factors that impact the utilization of HCLs.
• Trevon will share the final survey with the entire group.
