• The group talked about implementing education and resources that are patient facing.  
• Dr. Weinstock shared what their medical student had discovered while working on their team’s Hybrid Closed Loop Project. He reviewed the charts of all T1D adults with an insulin pump and CGM listed on their medical list.  
• The group is focusing on patient and provider level education and training. 
• The group wants to create a survey for Hybrid Closed Loop.  
• Find more creative ways to get patients on pumps.  
• Possible Deliverable: What is available now/ focus towards what are other centers doing?  

Next Steps: 

• Trevon will share Perceived Benefits and Barriers to Pump Therapy (provided by Dr. Weinstock) with the group.  
• Emily recommended that everyone writes down their thoughts and questions that should be added to the survey.  
• Everyone will focus on the top three needs and identify any common themes.  
• Create Aim Statement finalize deliverables. Will focus on increasing provider education or patient education.
