At the last meeting we discussed identifying the objective of this group, picking a project, and seeing if there are measures that could be tracked to evaluate outcome.  

Here are two ideas proposed by Marina: 

1. Develop insurance workflow chart: private insurances and government, medicare.  
   1. Outcome: survey of the clinic staff on the time spent on authorizations/appprovals before and after the implementation. 
2. Standardization of CGM reporting across T1DX clinics and making these available for data mapping.  
   1. Outcome: CGM reporting on data mapping for the sites that are mapping. This would include time in range, hypoglycemia, hyperglycemia.
