• Joined T1DX-QI in February 2020
• Began QI Projects and increased Equity Lens
  • Proportion of patients on public insurance is significantly larger than private insurance
  • Projects included topics such as
    • CGM uptake
    • Food Insecurity
  • Have created dashboard for clinic to track patients and outcomes
  • Key Driver Diagram adopted by Rady Children’s Hospital
    • Each year new department will be targeted to promote equity in all departments
