Updates:  

• The group identified barriers to HCLs use for both providers and patients.  
• Discussed challenges for HCLs data reporting and documentation.  
• The group wants to focus on public vs private insurance for patients 
• The group reviewed and discussed provider survey.  
• Trevon will share an updated survey with the entire group. 

Next Steps:  

• Provide feedback on provider survey as a group via email.  
• Each site on the workgroup will meet with their team and review HCLs as a standard of care.  
• The working group will complete the doodle poll.
