“QI Program Manager” Position or Similar

Question: I am looking to develop a QI-manager level role in our department and get the job position approved by our hospital. I am wondering if 1) your hospitals or department have positions such as a “QI Program Manager” or 2) If you have someone in your department that was hired into a QI-specific position (ideally supervisor/manager role, but if not I would still be interested in the information).
