• Review of project aims and timelines
• Qualtrics: screened, positive (to know who is being monitored). Smartsheet is
  everyone, including people who screen negative. Need all confirmatory tests.
• Interventions happening now
  • Texas Children’s
    • Meet with clinical lead for pre-diabetes (Dr. Horne)
    • Revise protocol so that pre-diabetes referral with BMI <90th% goes to
      SIT Down clinic
    • Meet with diabetes psychologists (Drs. Gallagher and Carreon).
    •  Consider having separate telemedicine vs. shared
      medical/psychology visit.
  • Children’s National
    • Create screening handout, translate (October 2024)
    • Handout in new onset binder & exam rooms (December 2024)
    • CDCES educational materials for early stage T1D patients (TBD)
    • Portal message blast (TBD)
  • Lurie
    • Target: family education. Families want to screen. Providers need to
      be more comfortable talking to families about it.
      • Dr. Levin is meeting with the division to discuss the screening
        project and get more providers on board.
      • The team offered TZlied to 3 patients.
• Osagie- shared updates on T1DX-QI meeting with Sanofi. The team discussed
  possible ways that Sanofi can support and be more engaged.
• Reminder on next call: Show updated Run Charts.
• Trevon will reach out to participating centers regarding focus groups.
• Next Meeting: Friday December, 2024, 1:00PM-2:00PM EST
