Diabetes Distress Workgroup Meeting, 5/24/2024

BMC Adults
- Working on tech optimization
- Angela and Katelyn are partnering to complete one hour intake. DDS being done.
- DDS now integrated into Epic and MyChart thanks to a collaboration with Pharmacy.

Reminders:
- Please track your distress screening monthly numbers in Smartsheet so that we can track screening rates as a process improvement measure
- Everyone is strongly encouraged to document the tests of change you are implementing in your respective interventions
- Next meeting: we will skip June meeting because of ADA Sci Session conflicts. Next meeting will be Friday July 26th from 12-1 pm (EST). We will use time in the next meeting to talk about getting DDS in the T1DX-QI Data Specification.
