- Plans for Joyce to build a dashboard for it
- Connecting to Patient Experience staff- trying to secure funds for external resources
- NYU Langone- not screening yet- want to learn from others
- Questions asked, suggestions, proposals
- Asking about PAID T calculating results (Seattle uses score of 44 or greater and it’s automatically calculated.) If manual, challenging for teams. Also important to look at the item level
- Asking about the literature. The group does not thing that there is broad data available yet on numbers/percentages of people screens for Diabetes Distress: this is an opportunity for us (reminder- we need to track report or we can’t put this data together). T1DX-QI will add DDS to data spec in 2024.
- Patient not showing a lot of DD
- Updates from T1DX-QI: Nicole shared that the Collaborative will submit a full grant to JDRF in February for funding to support diabetes distress work. We will discuss proposal ideas in the Feb meeting to discuss group’s interest and the direction that the interventions can take. Reminder to please document your screening numerators and denominators into Smartsheet so that we can demonstrate project implantation and progression.
- Next planned call: February 23 from 12-1 pm EST
