Has anyone figured out a template for school orders for iLet pumps?

Hi, Andrea – We have not yet addressed this in our practice, but do have some ongoing improvement work related to our school orders process. I wonder if you will be willing/able to share the template you use for school orders?
I also wonder what your clinic practice related to distributing school orders is – do you ever fax/send directly to schools? Or is it an expectation that parents would provide the orders to school?

Hi Whitney – we would be happy to share our school order template. And we do fax them to the schools if the parents request it. We encourage the families to obtain school orders from EPIC and provide to school, but some are unable to.
