- ADA, with support from T1DX-QI, will be inviting eight centers to participate in this one-year T2D/cardiovascular health program.
- Priority to adult practices in the first year. Opportunities for more pediatric centers to join after 2024

- ADULT: Grady Memorial; Wayne State; Boston Medical; Barbara Davis Center; University of Miami; Penn Medicine
- PEDIATRIC: Cook Children’s; Children’s Mercy Hospital
- Equity Training is a available and open to all clinics. Please invite your colleagues to also join in this one-day, two-hour training. Two dates are offered:
- Wednesday, March 22nd 1-3pm (EST) OR
- Friday, March 24th 11am-1pm (EST).
- Please register for the Wednesday meeting or Friday meeting, so we can plan accordingly, before 3/20/2023.

- The Ambulatory Glucose Profile (AGP): recommended standardized report for CGM interpretation
- Mary Tyler Moore Vision Initiative, Dr. Gardner and Dr. Sun
- Limitations: Emphasis on late-stage disease, Patient function not included, Not quantitative, Limited insight into disease pathophysiology
- Opportunities: Chance to build imaging date for AI use; collaboration could increase the ethnic and racial diversity of the patient populations to learn more about disease prevention and support the health of more people with T1D
