  1. We don’t have a policy. We rarely give out loaner pumps except for very young patient who need the smaller dosing we can’t get from MDI. Otherwise we have patients get from approval through their insurance. The patients we have given a loaner pump to have stayed on the loaner until it is approved through their insurance so no tracking necessary.
