Introduction & Icebreaker
Presentations
Rebekah from Children’s Mercy Hospital gave an overview of their team and shared their LTFU QI project with the team. Jocelyn from the University of Florida shared their MyChart utilization project and depression screening project and next steps.

- Don introduced the meeting with an engaging ice breaker
- Ashley suggested having one team present at meetings so we can have more time for in-depth conversation
- Christy wondered if the QI Champion’s meetings could be monthly so we can have time for in-depth conversation
- Ori informed the team to reach out with ideas they think could be valuable for the group
- Ori thanked participants and encouraged QI champions to continue to use the chat room
- Ori informed coordinators to reach out to QI mentors with questions or concerns
